ABOUT US

La Violet Charity Foundation was founded in 2014 and officially became a charitable organization listed under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance in 2015. Our main focus is on organizing meaningful activities in the areas of education, youth development, and the pursuit of dreams.

Every year, our team organizes the "Life Beyond Routine" Dream Project, a city-wide event aimed at uniting society to promote the spirit of pursuing dreams. We encourage people in Hong Kong to discover their interests, persevere in their pursuits, challenge themselves, unleash their creativity, and tap into their individual potential. Since its inception, the project has achieved close to 100 dream initiatives, helping over 5,000 dreamers take their first steps towards their aspirations. The program has received positive feedback from various sectors of society, with coverage in over 150 media articles and collaboration with more than 150 primary and secondary schools, conducting over 100 "Dream Sharing Sessions." The project has been divided into three separate dream programs in 2019-2021: "Create Dreams," "Extend Dreams," and "Fulfill Dreams," catering to young people, parents, and the elderly, with the "Create Dreams" program being sponsored by The Hong Kong Jockey Club.

Additionally, our organization collaborates with various institutions to plan youth activities, including the Youth Development Commission's "Career Planning, Pursuing Dreams!" program, theDesk's "Dream Market," and UBS Group's "Creating New Ideas."

MISSION AND VISION

VISION

To enable everyone to realize their dreams, live a better and more positive life, and ultimately contribute to making the world a better place.

 MISSION

To provide dream incubation programs and resource support, inspiring and empowering young people to pursue their dreams. Through this journey, they will discover their passions and strengths, facilitating personal growth and societal development. By sharing diverse dream stories ("Dream Seeds"), young people can be encouraged to believe that dreams are achievable.

BELIEF

Every dream is worth pursuing. If young people can find their "dream seed" in the right environment, they can achieve self-actualization through the pursuit of their dreams. This process enhances happiness, inspires others, and drives social change and innovation.
